New 2018 iPhone x

New 2018 iPhone, iPhone X Plus, iPhone 9 Apple is planning to release three new iPhones in 2018, including one with three rear cameras, according to rumors. The company  plans to introduce  three new iPhone models later this year which may include a considerably larger version of the iPhone X -- the iPhone X Plus, perhaps -- as well as a significantly less expensive version. It's worth noting that price hasn't been a major obstacle for the premium flagship so far; though it's the priciest iPhone ever at $999, £999 or AU$1,579,  the iPhone X was the best-selling phone  for the first three months of 2018, followed by the  iPhone 8  and  8 Plus . Of course, a less expensive version would almost certainly broaden its addressable market.  Six plus months after the iPhone X's release , however, the phone has lost a bit of its initial sheen.

New technology will enable computers to run 100x faster

Until now, the major challenges that stood in the way of creating the terahertz microchip were overheating and scalability. However, following three years of extensive research, Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HU) physicist Uriel Levy and his team have shown proof of concept using flash memory technology. “This discovery could help fill the ‘THz gap’ and create new and more powerful wireless devices that could transmit data at significantly higher speeds than currently possible,” said Levy, head of HU’s Nano-Opto Group. “In the world of high-tech advances, this is game-changing technology,” he added. In a paper published in the journal  Laser and Photonics Review , Levy and HU emeritus professor Joseph Shappir showed proof of concept for an optic technology that integrates the speed of optic communications with the reliability and manufacturing scalability of electronics. Optic communications includes all technologies that use light to carry information through fiber-optic cables,

Internet of things (IoT)

The Internet of things isn’t a mysterious technology anymore. Analysts predict significant changes in this area in 2018. Home appliances like smart electric kettles and everything that has the prefix "smart" can be combined into a single infrastructure for authorized users.
